Our office specializes in immigration procedures, with a primary focus on visa and residence status applications for foreign nationals. Over the years, we have supported many people who wish to live and work in Japan, helping them navigate complex immigration processes with confidence.

I personally have lived in both the United States and China, and through those experiences, I repeatedly encountered the challenges of visa and administrative procedures.
Even in one’s native language, government paperwork can be difficult to understand. Having to deal with such procedures in a foreign language added significant stress—something I still remember clearly today.
Although I used English and Chinese regularly in daily life and business, visa-related terminology and systems were especially complex and often confusing.

Because of these experiences, I began this work with a strong desire to support foreign nationals in Japan and help them move forward with greater peace of mind.
We make every effort to explain technical terms in clear, simple language, so our clients can fully understand the process before proceeding with their applications.

One of the key features of our office is that we are run by a husband-and-wife team.
From initial consultations to document preparation and final review, we work together to ensure accuracy and careful attention to detail—things that can easily be overlooked by a single person. By sharing responsibilities, we are also able to provide prompt and efficient service.

Unlike larger firms where clients may feel hesitant to ask questions or experience frequent changes in their point of contact, our clients work with the same people from start to finish. When necessary, we also collaborate with interpreters to provide flexible language support and reduce communication concerns.
